We try to eat a fairly healthy diet, which is made easier by being vegan but there are so many nasty ingredients hidden in the foods we eat. So I thought I’d shoot a video looking at five food ingredients I try hard to avoid.
2. Propylene Glycol
3. Artificial Sweeteners
5. Hydrogenated Oils
(and the bonus ingredient is High Fructose Corn Syrup)
All of these ingredients are best left at the supermarket!
