Dave Martin, owner of Bluegrass Farms in Fayette County, talks about his family-owned non-GMO soybean processing plant, why they process only non-GMO soybeans and their sales to primarily the Japanese market. Martin’s story was part of a series called “GMOs and the Food We Eat” that ran in print and online at www.rurallifetoday.com in September. Martin announced that his company is also expanding to include non-GMO corn processing, as well.
