I have recently started my own personal journey into eating more whole foods and cutting out anything processed from my diet. I have decided to chronicle my journey and bring you all with me hopefully to gather some tips, ideas, and yummy recipes along the way! If you have any tips for me I would LOVE to hear them as I am just learning.
